Welcome to Snob. This website is owned and operated by Snob Scent House. By browsing, shopping, or existing on this site, you are legally entering into a binding agreement with us. If you do not agree to these terms, you are welcome to close the tab and shop at the grocery store.

👑 1. Intellectual Property (Hands Off)
Everything you see here belongs to us. All text, website copy, imagery, graphics, logos, product formulations, and our proprietary product names (Canceling Plans, Passive Aggressive, Out Of Your League,Happy Birthday Slut, Calm The F* Down) are the exclusive property of Snob Scent House.
Any unauthorized reproduction, screenshotting for copycat purposes, modification, or commercial exploitation of our material without explicit, written consent from us is strictly prohibited and legally actionable. We have excellent lawyers.

💅 2. Small-Batch Reality & Price Accuracy
We hand-pour our luxury candles in intentionally small batches. Because we deal in artisanal perfection, slight organic variations in wax color or appearance may occur.
  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any absolute moment without warning.
  • We reserve the right to correct any typos or inventory glitches on the site without liability.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue a scent permanently if it no longer amuses us.

🛒 3. Reselling & Anti-Scalper Limits
To protect our inner circle from common scalpers, we reserve the absolute right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, cap quantities purchased per person, per household, or per payment method. Commercial resale of Snob products without a legally signed wholesale agreement is strictly forbidden. If we think you are a reseller, we will cancel your order, darling.

🔥 4. Limitation of Liability (Play with Fire Safely)
Our products are intended strictly for ambient home fragrance, not reckless behavior. Every single vessel has a mandatory safety warning label affixed to the bottom.
  • By purchasing, you legally agree to read and follow standard open-flame safety protocols (trimming the wick, keeping it away from drapes/pets, never leaving it unattended).
  • Snob Scent House shall not be held legally or financially liable for any property damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper wick maintenance, user negligence, or sheer dramatic flare-ups. Burn responsibly.

🚚 5. Logistics & Custody
Once your luxury parcel is handed over to our premium courier networks, the legal title of ownership transfers to you. We are not responsible for parcels stolen from your doorstep by your neighbors, or delivery delays caused by global shipping logistics. If the tracking says "Delivered," please resolve the existential crisis with your local postal worker, not our concierge.

⚖️ 6. Governing Law
These terms, conditions, and any separate agreements shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be handled in our local jurisdiction.
