We do not run a generic, automated mass-production warehouse. Every single Snob candle is meticulously poured, cured, inspected, and packaged by hand in our studio.
- Standard Timeline: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be fully prepared and dispatched.
- During Exclusive Drops: Because our inner circle moves incredibly fast, high-volume drop days may add an additional 2 business days to our standard timeline. Quality takes time, darling.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery
Once your luxury parcel leaves our studio, custody transfers to our premium courier networks. You will instantly receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its arrival.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch (for those who absolutely cannot wait to cancel their plans).
- Note: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery destination.
Summer & Warm Weather Shipping
Our Pure Soy wax is incredibly premium, which means it is susceptible to high temperatures. During extreme summer heatwaves, we only ship orders Monday through Wednesday to prevent your candles from sitting in a hot delivery truck over the weekend.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once the carrier marks your package as "Delivered," it is officially out of our hands. Snob is not financially responsible for parcels stolen from your doorstep or delayed due to courier logistics. If your local delivery person makes a mistake, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking link.
